Return Policy

Spenro accepts returns and issues refunds for incorrect items (non-conforming products) or products damaged in shipment. Return and/or Refund requests need to be made within 30 days of buyer’s receipt of product.

Contact Spenro to obtain RMA information. Returns will only be accepted at Spenro if accompanied with RMA paperwork. RMA #s will be considered and issued once Spenro has received the following:

• ORDER NUMBER
• ITEM NUMBER & QUANTITY
• PURCHASE DATE
• REASON FOR RETURN

RMA Receipt Approval is contingent upon items being received in a timely manner, and in an unused “like-new” condition. Original packaging, when applicable, is required.
